PERFECTING SESSION (6–12 weeks) — $175 + GST

• No additional booking fee required when your Initial Treatment is attended as scheduled

Laser Tattoo Removal works by shattering the pigment into smaller particles which can then be flushed by the body’s lymphatic system. Different colours are targeted by different settings on the machine, and after each session you can expect your brows to have lightened and changed tone.

When you arrive at your first session there will be a consultation portion (if not previously booked and completed), to discuss your eyebrows goals, the expected path of removal treatments and results anticipated after each session. You will sit with numbing applied to the treatment area for 20 minutes. Numbing is provided for all procedures, and is quite effective at reducing discomfort.

You will be sent home with an aftercare ointment and a packet of numbing to apply yourself to prepare for the next treatment 6-8 weeks later.

Laser Brow Removal gradually breaks down treatable Permanent Makeup pigment so the body can process and clear it over the weeks following treatment. Different wavelengths target dark and warm pigments, and the colour of the brows may change as different components of the pigment are removed.

The number of sessions varies based on the amount, depth and composition of pigment, previous PMU treatments and individual response. Some brows may be sufficiently light after only a few sessions, while others require more.

Yellow pigment may eventually remain, as it is not effectively targeted by the wavelengths used at OPIA. At that stage, continued fading, an alternative removal method or new Permanent Makeup can be considered.

Laser Toning is a gentle version of Laser Tattoo Removal, where only partial removal is completed. This is to ideally shift the colour/tone of the permanent makeup to be more desirable, or lighten the pigment load in the brows. The client may be happy with this shift on its own, or potentially undergo a touchup with corrective permanent makeup. 

This is ideal for clients who are happy with their brow shape, and are just looking for a minor change – for example a client who’s brows have turned ashy grey can get a laser toning treatment to warm up the brows towards a taupe or brown.

No numbing is needed as the treatment is very gentle and client’s are quite comfortable.

Depending on the client’s initial brows and their desired result, 1-2 sessions can be expected. However, many are satisfied with only one treatment of Laser Toning.

OPIA offers two targeted Eyebrow Microneedling treatments: one designed to support the appearance of fuller natural brow growth, and another to help lighten stubborn residual pigment, particularly yellow tones that may remain after laser Permanent Makeup removal. Different professional solutions and treatment protocols are used depending on the desired result.

For pigment removal, a specialized glycolic-based solution is used to gradually encourage unwanted residual pigment to lighten through a series of treatments. This can be particularly useful once laser has reduced the colours it can effectively target and yellow pigment remains.

Each appointment begins with an assessment of the brows, treatment goals and progress. Topical numbing is provided for comfort, followed by treatment and individualized aftercare instructions. Sessions are spaced appropriately to allow the skin to fully recover before further treatment.

Pricing is determined by the size of the treatment area.

Per-session pricing:
• Tiny Tattoo (up to 1×1 inch): $80 + GST
• Small Tattoo (up to 2×2 inches): $100 + GST
• Medium Tattoo (up to 4×4 inches): $140 + GST
• Large Tattoo (up to 6×6 inches): $180 + GST

A 25% booking fee, inclusive of GST, is required to reserve each appointment. Your booking fee is applied toward your service total when you attend as scheduled, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.

Brow Lamination typically lasts 4–6 weeks, depending on the natural brow hair, growth cycle and aftercare. The laminated hairs will gradually grow out and return to their natural direction over time.

For the health of the brow hairs, most of the previous lamination should be grown out before another treatment is performed. Brow Lamination appointments can generally be repeated from approximately 6 weeks onward, depending on the condition and regrowth of the brow hairs.

Treatment: $99 + GST
Booking Fee: 25% of your total, including GST

Brow Shaping uses measuring, mapping, waxing and detailed clean-up to create a flattering brow shape while making the most of the natural hair and existing growth pattern.

A Brow Tint can be added to enhance the result by colouring both mature and finer brow hairs, creating the appearance of greater fullness and definition. Guidance on maintaining and filling the brows at home can also be provided when desired.
