Descriptions, instructions, and answers for your best eyebrow microneedling experience.
Brow microneedling Guide
The microneedling treatment creates micro-injuries to induce collagen production, and channels the solution used deeper to the skin. This effectively creates trauma to the skin causing it to regenerate and reduce scar tissue. Stimulating hair growth in dormant follicles, or reducing the yellow pigment after laser tattoo removal are two individual results we work tow achieving with this treatment.

AFTER-CARE
The first 6-12 hours
Allow the solution applied at the end of the service to sit and absorb for at least 6 hours. If the area is swollen or tender, you may apply ice packs with a cloth barrier. After 6-12 hours you will gently cleanse the brows with a mild soap or cleanser and pat dry with a clean, disposable paper towel. You will be provided a healing ointment you can begin to apply 12-24 hours after the service.
If or when the area feels tight or dry, apply a very thin layer of the healing ointment provided. You can expect the swelling and redness to subside after a few hours in most cases. However if you experience bruising that can last longer depending on the severity.
Avoid Sun Exposure
Avoid tanning, sunbathing or long periods of sun/UV exposure to the treatment area for at least 30 days after the procedure. wear a protective hat and/or apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF 30+ after 4 days.
Avoid Working out, Swimming, Sauna, Steam Room
Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 72 hours after the procedure to reduce the risk of bleeding or bruising.
Avoid hot steamy showers, baths, swimming, sauna, for the first 72 hours as well.
Do not exfoliate, scrub or wax the area
Do not use any form of exfoliant on the treated area for at least 7 days. It will irritate the sensitive skin and cause damage.
Soaps & Lotions
Wash the area once daily, apply the ointment if desired, or a gentle moisturizer of your own may be sufficient depending on how your skin reacts.
Any mild soap or cleanser is fine, as long as there is no active acid or exfoliant.
Avoid Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking can negatively affect the healing process and potentially slow down the removal process. High consumption of alcohol puts additional strain on your body which is working hard to eliminate and heal from the laser process.
Avoid picking, scratching, rubbing
Avoid rubbing, picking or scratching at the treated area, as this can lead to infection or scarring.
